Abstract
Summary. Currently, in a difficult economic situation, the process of import substitution, including сlinical laboratory diagnos- tics becomes relevant. Taking into account a lot of foreign automatic hemostasis analyzers installed in Russia, it is necessary to choose a domestic manufacturer of coagulological reagents and consumables, which could provide the possibility of using these medical devices on any of the installed analyzers. Evidence of the legality of the use of domestic coagulological reagents and test systems can be obtained using an external quality assessment.
