Abstract

Summary. The article presents the results of studies revealing the main patterns and mechanisms of the hemostasis system response to different stress factors varying in terms of strength, duration, and frequency. The article demonstrates an enhancement in the adaptive capabilities of the hemostasis system, manifesting as a reduction in hypercoagulation shifts, the abatement of thrombinemia symptoms, and an augmentation in the anticoagulant and fibrinolytic activities of blood plasma in response to diverse training modalities and stress factors. Further prospects for scientific research to shape a better understanding of the physiological and pathophysiological mechanisms of coagulation processes have been considered.
